Our CAD Orthotic design software is a professional user friendly package for designing
orthotics of EVA, rigid plastics, and positive models of feet for vacuum forming. It can
design a pair of orthotics in as little as one minute. It is full featured, offering the ability to
make all types of orthotic corrections and additions required. It has an optional
companion software for the design of custom shoes.

milling all types of
orthotic
materials.
The cutting
area is able to accommodate up to 6
pair full length or 9 pair of met
length orthotics
at
a
time. Average milling time per
orthotic is 2-4 minutes. Other sizes and speeds are
available for smaller or
larger
requirements.
Additional tables can be added any time to boost
production. Larger capacity
tables
are
also
available at
breakthrough prices.
