Nmotion Orthotic Lab, LLC is a prescription Foot Orthotic laboratory. Using our special skills, ingenuity and 30 yeaars of experience, we produce high quality orthotics and provide technical support to Doctors of Podiatric Medicine, Orthopedic Surgeons, Physical Therapists, and other medical professionals.. We focus on completing all orthotic prescriptions correctly and on time. By controlling our costs, we are able to offer our products and services to our clients at prices that are unmatched by other labs.
Our laboratory uses a computer assisted orthotic manufacturing system. Foot impressions are carefully evaluated, digitally scanned and corrected. The positives are then milled out. This technology replaces the obsolete manual plaster cast technique. The orthotic shell material is then vacuum thermoformed. Our technology has significantly improved the functionality and quality of the orthotics and reduces the turnaround time and cost. The image files are saved on our computer system. Additional orthotics can be produced without the need for new impressions. Nmotion foot orthotics are designed using any impression medium (foam, plaster, wax, 3D scans, etc.) taken of the patients feet. The impressions are digitally scanned and corrected. The inserts are then directly milled out of the prescribed material and covered as requested.
We make several different types of orthotics and can provide almost any modification or special addition requested.

world's most exciting places. Medical supplies, medicines, facilities and vehicles
are donated.
